The shipping cost shown at checkout includes applicable duties, import taxes, customs handling, brokerage fees, and related logistics charges for your order. For free-shipping orders, these costs are covered by Elertra. Customers do not need to pay any additional duties, import taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or delivery surcharges after checkout.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, hygiene restrictions, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Elertra name, logo, website design, photography, text, graphics, and video are owned by or licensed to Elertra and protected by applicable law. The website is for personal, non-commercial shopping use.
