Shipping policy
We want you to know what to expect before ordering. Delivery estimates begin after processing.
Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Every shipped order includes tracking when available from the carrier.
Estimated delivery times
- Standard shipping: 10-15 business days
- Express shipping: 5-8 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Remote destinations, customs, carrier disruptions, weather, and peak periods may cause delays.
Shipping rates
Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders over US$50. Available methods and final charges appear at checkout before payment.
Tracking
When your order ships, we send a confirmation email with tracking. Tracking may take 2-5 business days to show its first carrier update.
International orders, duties, and taxes
Orders may ship from an overseas fulfillment location. Unless checkout states otherwise, customers are responsible for duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Customs processing is outside our control.
Address changes
Check your address carefully. Email support@elertra.com immediately if a change is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment starts and are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout.
Delayed, lost, damaged, or incorrect orders
If tracking has not updated for an extended period, your order is marked delivered but cannot be located, or your parcel is damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number. For damaged or incorrect items, include clear photos. We will investigate and provide an appropriate replacement or refund when the claim is confirmed.
Split shipments
Items may occasionally arrive separately. Each available tracking number will be provided.
